Hello respected sir / mam.

I am here to inform you that I have booked a ielts slot on 14th April 2023 for pen and paper based ielts test for 15th June 2023 the amount 16400 INR has been deducted from my account but the slot has not booked. I have paid the amount through Paytm wallet and below are the transaction details.

My Passport Number - S3022189

Please, resolve my issue as soon as possible.
