[Resolved] IFB Appliances — Poor Service Quality and Response from the "GET-IN-TOUCH" Team. Issue not closed YET.

We own a Elena Aqua washing machine, Serial No:[protected]. Since last week, Machine is not working properly. Refer the email "Customer Code 3740628 & Complaint No: [protected]" sent to Customer Service. Your Service person is unable to diagnose the issue and bring correct spares. Neither the customer Service team, does correct follow up.
