I, Mrs. Aarti Kulkarni had launched a compalint towards our machine machine were the dryer is not not working..i launched the complaint on 10th Nove and today is 20th Nov..even after 10 days there is no response from IFB side.. I am really frustrated that we dont get any response from IFB, they just tell us our technical department will call u, but no response.Yesterday customer care dept. provided us the no of Branch Co-ordinator Ms. Priti[protected]..I being a customer spoke with her rudely as we i didnt receive any positive reponse from them..then i followed up with Priti, she is telling my EA that ask Ms. Arti to say sorry to me than only we will look into this matter and she disconnected the phone twice..So again i call in customer care stating i will say sorry to priti but even she has to confirm me that my machice will get repair the same day i.e 19th Nov. But today is 20th Nov and still no reply from IFB..
I would suggest the user if you are going to buy IFB products, please ensure that they dont take care of servicing part atall even though the product is under warranty. Was this information helpful? |
