[Resolved] IFB — Faulty oven 30sc3 service request 13479162

I purchased a ifb microwave oven model 30sc3 from snapdeal in august 2014. When the person came for demo and installation he realized the machine was faulty and was arcing. I registered a complaint with ifb soon after and after much follow up with the malad service center person in charge anil got a technician to come check it. He figured the motherboard was not functioning right and brought a replacement board the following day. After fitting the same the problem persisted so he opened the machine further to realize another part i think which is called magnetron was also faulty. I spoke to anil and demanded replacement of the machine. He said he will speak to his senior abhishek and get back to me. After again a months follow up he asked me to speak directly to abhishek. Abhishek further told me he would need an approval from his senior vivek bane but could not give his contact details. After a week i called abhishek to check status where he informed me vivek had denied approval and nothing could be done besides speaking to vivek whose contact details he denied to share with me.
In all this terrible experience not once was ifb concerned to call and inform me and i have been following this matter since august and unable to use my microwave yet. I need an urgent resolution to this matter or i will need to approach a consumer court.
