[Resolved] IFB — Front load washing machine not working for last one month

Please take note that my IFB Supremo Delux front load washing machine stopped working in October end ant the complaint was duly registered vide complaint no. 14159041 on October 31, 2014. The technician visited us only after a week of repeated phone calls. He found the drum as damaged and said it'll have to be replaced along with the rubber gasket and the ball bearings. He stated that order will be placed for the same and the parts will take a week- ten days to come. We have been following up with the local service centre after the stipulated time of 10 days but to no avail. Its been very frustating to be told that the drum is yet to come and that it'll be arriving any day now. On tuesday morning i.e. Dec 2nd when I called the service centre I was informed that the drum had reached Patna and will be delivered at the service centre sometime during the day. I was given the assurance that the technician will visit us on wednesday i.e.on the following day to fix the machine. Sad to say that it did not happen and when I called them up again a while ago, surprisingly I was told by Mr. Deepak that the parts had not reached Patna till now.
I am shocked to face such an unprofessional service on part of a company like IFB. The inconvenience I have been facing due to this poor service rather lack of service, is unexplainable.
