Costumer id - 1470052 Dear sir, It is unfortunate to register that we are are highly unsatisfied with after sale service IFB washing machine because even after paying ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES regularly, we are not able to run our washing machine continuously even for a month which you can cross- check from numerous complaints lodged and they are not able to rectify the same to our satisfaction. kindly look in to the matter and explain. regards Sanjeev Chopra Amritsar, Punjab Email - [protected]@mail.com
