[Resolved] IFB — Horrible response and service and no value to customer's time

Customer id = 1689229.
After registering formal complaint and multiple follow ups washing was taken for servicing for giving E-06 error for every wash. The entire panel board was changed. Amount of 3500+ was charged for the servicing. But when returned, the same complaint popped in along with more errors.
Raised another complaint[protected]. The technician never arrives at given appointments (need to cancel other appointments and take leave from work. Seems there is no respect to customer's time). The technician came after a week and said that he needs to take the machine again for servicing and confirmed to come next week. Have clearly mentioned that they can come at any time and take the machine. But then there was no response. When called again, the complaint gets closed.
Had to raise another complaint[protected]. It was confirmed that the technician would be sent on 01Nov. Had to wait for the whole day.Till now there is no response.
