The ifb microwave servicing at cuddalore - in tamil nadu seems to be very poor.
The complaint regarding the conventional mode of cooking takes more time in my machine of model number:20sc2 was recorded in id: 11966641.
The complaint to the service centre was made on 1 dec. 2014. But up to 4 dec. 2014 no one came to attend this fault.
Further remainder to the service centre was also made.
The machine is in amc period.
The ifb company is not taking care of their costumer
My complaint id is11966641.
Only the concerned of ifb officers has to help the the costumers of ifb
