I put in a complaint for my IFB washing machine Elena DX model on Sunday morning. No response yet from the company.

I registered my complaint originally on 12th June which was cancelled by the technician for some reason. I again made a complaint on 21st June and I'm still waiting to hear from someone at IFB. I haven't received any phone calls or any visits from a technician.
My IFB washing machine has been out of order for 2 weeks now. The technician who cancelled my last complaint knows what the problem is and doesn't respond to my phone calls either.
Please help me out as this is causing a lot of distress to me.

I registered a Complaint with customer care on 29.07.16, Complaint No;[protected]
Got in touch with local service center's on Ph.No.[protected], 4442 from 30.07.16 onward until date everyday. A technician named Mr. Jagan was sent on 04.08.16. He checked the machine and said a small part is to be replaced which is available with service center and shall come and repair the machine. But afterwards when contacting him on his cell no, he wont pick up the call.
Customer care was again contacted and the executive told me that my previous complaint no is not seen and he gave a fresh no.[protected]., He gave me another local no, [protected] to get in touch. This no usually wont respond to the calls. The local service center manager's no was also provided. But not even once did he take my call.
It is an impossible task to get the IFB machine repaired. Now I have made a firm decision that I won't renew the service contract once it's period is over. But my machine is to be repaired for which I am entitled for which action is to be taken by the concerned. I urge my fellow citizens to never buy products from IFB. I posted this complaint of IFB's facebook page and got another pathetic response that they will resolve my issue soon and now its been a week.
