Washing machine Elite 5KG broke down on March 26th. Service personnel only insisted on taking the AMC for 2400 but couldn't repair the problem till May 20th 2015.
Repeated calls to IFB customer care, Bangalore regional manager & expert contact provided has not yeilded results.
Eventually, we have exchanged the machine & bought a new one from a different brand.
Request IFB to refund AMC as period of AMC was April 26 2015 to April 25 2016.
Will never ever buy an IFB again. Need help with refund which company is not willing to provide.
