[Resolved] IFB — Improper service and irresponsible behaviour of Service personnel

We have raised a complaint[protected] on Dec 24, 2014 that the temperature when drying temperature is not rising. Today morning the washing machine was full of water all of a sudden without starting it.
We called the service engineer assigned and like most of the times this guy also spoke that their visit would be Rs 350 /-. But till now he did not come, and they speak in a very rude manner. Not sure, if he is going to pay a visit this year.
This is the 3rd servicing in the past two years. All of the service engineers blame the previous one who did not complete the work properly. But they themselves are always in a hurry to just fix what the customer thinks is the problem.
It's high time IFB values its existing customers and provide service for money.
Few years back for a servicing, they forgot to attach the belt inside and the washing machine drum was not rotating. Still sticking with the same washing machine because we invested in it not because we admire we admire the service or the company.
