This is t v leo from chennai, have purchased the washing machine 7 kg direct drive and its of 4 years old. Every time whenever the complaint is registered its around 5 to 6 times i have to call the customer care but their will be no response aterwhich i have to call the chennai manager pertaining to that area afterthat too it will be attended after 2 days.
On 03 aug 2015 there was an abnormal huge noise from the machine during operation immediately the machine was switched off & when checked there were plastic particles inside the drum.
On the same day the complaint was raised but their is no use till date. Around 4 times i have called the customer care and registered the complaint but their is no use. Have spoken to the area manager mr duraiswamy but inturn he said that he is not responsible for this particular area & inturn he gave the other mobile number but when spoke on 11 aug 2015 he said that it will b attended on the same day but till date it is not attended and their no call from ifb. Today i have called the customer care and asked about the status but there is no response.
Its already 10 days but there is no response from a global manufacturer - ifb industries. Even a petti shop will respond to the customer in time as far as service is concerned. This is the best gift we got after ivesting rs 37000.00.
Note : we are facing issues for the last 10 days physicall as well as with mental stress. Ifb industries should attend the complaint by tomorrow else this will be taken to the consumer court and registered as complaint for such a repeated poor service. — regards

Its already 15 days & no representative from IFB has turned up and responded.
I have called around 10 times and lodged the complaint and everyday there will be a different representative attending the call & every day the response is your complaint has been escalated to the next level.
I don't know how many years I have to wait so that my complaint will be addressed.
I don't know how you guys (IFB) are withstanding in the market even after doesn't know the basic etiquette of attending/responding the customer for an issue for the last 15 days.
A road side workshop (Illiterate) persons will respond at least after 10 calls but these bloody guys from IFB doesn't understand the pains of the customer and it is 15 days now but the complaint has not attended and their is no call from the local bloody IFB guy in Chennai & not even from IFB Customer Care.
I am going to lodge a complaint in High Court of Madras on 19 Aug 2015 & we will see how many days, months, years will be taken by IFB for resolving the issue.
For the last 15 Days it has been a mental & physical stress to the Children, ladies & senior citizens at home for which an individual complaint will be raised in Human rights commission.
