The 5.5 kg automatic washing machine purchased by us 5 years back is under AMC. A complaint lodged on[protected] vide their Ref no.[protected] thro their toll free complaint phone(no.[protected]). The technician who visited 4 days back said that the board (electronic board we presume) is not working and it will be replaced soon. But so far, even after two weeks it is not repaired. We observe that the so called technician who checks the washing machine neither briefs us correctly about the problem nor issues any work sheet for what all defects he observes. For example, three months back the washing machine started to display error"dlEr". Immediately we complained to the company"s customer care about the same. The technician who checked the machine was not able to solve the problem. We again complained to their Customer care on 09/09/2015.. It appears the company does not train their service technicians adequately to solve such problem. In between the technician collected charges towards spare parts he replaced but did not issue receipts. Two weeks back the machine stopped functioning, we complained on[protected] as detailed above. But till date it is not repaired. We are deeply hurt to say that The Company does not bother about customer problem. Their is absolutely no promptness. Even the repair work carried out is defective and superfluis. Even The Company did not close 2-3 complaints lodged by us so far. They never asked us (customer) whether machine is repaired to our satisfaction. The customer care is only for namesake and there is no customer service. We urge upon the Company to arrange to fully (many times they have repaired our machine temporarily) repair the machine immediately repeat immediately. Was this information helpful? |
