I have raised a IFB washing machine repair service (IFB Ticket [protected]) on 24/04/2024, technician visited on 26/04/2024, and told that that part will be replaced, and he will come back within 2 days with parts and fix it. However, he did not visit, when I called him, he shared number of Mahaveer Singh (who is managing IFB service in Jodhpur). I called him, he said technician will in next 2 days with parts and fix it. Again, after two days when I called him, he asked to share pic of broken part on WhatsApp (even still he did not order or took any action on that). After two days when I called him again then, he acts like he is not aware about my issues, and asked to share technical number, who visited, I shared, now he is saying he is not our technician??? After a long discussion he said parts on order and issue will be resolved in 2 days. After two days no response, now When I called him (Mahaveer Singh) he just blocked my number, I am not able to connect him. I called to dealer, they just said we cannot do anything call customer care only. Even for last 15 days connecting with customer care not receiving any proper response. In last conversation with the customer care representation, then connected with me Mahaveer Singh, even on call he was rude and not responding properly. Customer care representative saying we cannot do anything we connected you with him, now you can contact him directly??? they are not even taking any responsibility, just saying issue will be resolved properly. I am just mentally disturbed and harassed, washing clothes for last 15 days by hands. I have made a mistake by purchasing IFB product.
