Hi IFB Customer Service,
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the abysmal service I have received regarding my malfunctioning AC. Despite lodging a complaint, no one has bothered to reach out to address the issue. The error code "E0" has persisted for the past 10 days, rendering our AC completely unusable.
During a recent call with your customer service team, I was assured that someone would visit to check the AC. However, no action has been taken so far. This level of negligence is absolutely unacceptable.
I demand immediate attention to this matter. If prompt action is not taken, I will escalate this complaint further.
Below are the messages I received:
"IFB Ticket no- [protected] has been pending due to Customer Appointment/Re-scheduled."
Even after writing an email to [protected]@ifbglobal.com, I have not received any response. This service is the worst I have ever experienced. If this issue is not resolved today, I demand a full refund and will dispose of this useless equipment. It's better to buy from another brand than to deal with IFB. Was this information helpful? |
