Hi team,

I want to complaint ob ifb washing machine services, bangalore. We have purchased amc for my ifb washing machine by paying around 1800rupees and 450 rupees for water coil.. Later my washing machine got repaired and we contacted ifb for their help to fix the issue in the month of april 2020. During lockdown, ifb service guys came almost 10days to check the problem and spoiled my house and went without fixing the problem. Finally they said, they can not fix the problem as they do not have idea and they said they will reimburse the amc amount in the month of june 2020.
After several followups, those waste fellows took my account details in july 2020 and they said with in 5 working days they will send my amc amount back.
Now it is august 2020, still i did not get my money and whenever i call them, most of the times they will not even pick the call. Also i observed that whenever i call them, i can see the call waiting. Again if i call in 3-5min, they are not picking the call.
I have messaged them, called them, tried all the possible ways to reach them. But no response.
I need your help in registering complaint and sending a notice to them immediately to get my money back.
Please help me on this to send a consumer notice.

Yesterday I got a call from IFB Pune, they said they will inform Bangalore IFB about my issue and arrange a call back from Bangalore IFB. But still I did not receive any call from them.

Still my issue is not resolved. Today again I called to those guys but they did not pick my call. Hence I called again from my another number, this time they picked my call and after giving left and right, the guy Santhosh given one number [protected] to check with him about my issue. But this guy also not attending the calls.

This is how IFB is looting customers by simply getting money with the name of AMC and not working on the washing machine problems.

I really does not understand how IFB is cheating the customers. I have created this complaint long back, still no call from IFB for clarification. Daily am trying to reach those waste fellows on [protected], [protected],[protected], [protected]. But no response from these guys who told one of them is a Manager also. I have attached the AMC receipt also here. I tried reaching the numbers mentioned there, but no use.
I don't know still how many months I need to wait for their response and my money to get back.
Also, I do not see anything happening from Consumer Forum as well as there is no response from IFB.
Please help. Am providing my alternate number [protected].

Hi.

Still no response from IFB on my ongoing issue. I suggest these guys, instead of cheating people, better you guys can go and start begging on the roads, so that you will get money without cheating anyone.
