I have been a long time user of IFB products. It’s been ages that I had required service for any of your products. These are great quality products I must say. I have always considered your company with high regards until I had booked for a service request for one of my IFB washing machine Elena Aqua. The ticket number raised for my request was [protected], and the technician had come and diagnosed the issue and informed that the drum, rubber gasket and rubber belt had to be replaced. The service was completed, in my absence, today 09/07/20 with an amount of INR 7590/-
Upon my return I had observed the drum and checked for any breakages which was informed by the technician and noted that the drum had no damages whatsoever. I am utterly disgruntled by sheer cheating behaviour of your technician and taking advantage of customers who believe in your company.
I am immensely offended by such behaviour and consider this as an insult to my intelligence.
I would request you to Kindly take action against your third party vendor, Harinag Enterprises (Service Executive - Nagesh), and I demand a refund for the part replaced unnecessarily. I am attaching herewith the invoice for the service, the replaced drum images (in dirty condition) and the drum image that I cleaned upon inspection later on.
