[Resolved] IFB — Machine not working properly. service engineer refuse to rectify the problem

Dear sir,
We are purchased 7kg digital washing machine from your dealer m/s s c shah & co on 14.05.2011 with 4 year warrenty. Installation report also enclosed.
Now our problem last 4 months machine not working properly and we register compliant through customer care and your technician visited our home and informed water sensor not working properly and some digital issue there. We ask the technicain to correct the problem but he contacted service head and inform machine out of warrenty. We are suprised and contact your chennai head mr. Ravi shankar, first he attend the phone myself explained everything and he informed me contact within 30 minuted and he never contacted. Myself tried to contact several times he was not attending my phone. I am very disappointed. I am ifb customer for last 15 years.
Now i want to know my machine is now under warrenty period or not.
