Dear sir / madam,
I have ifb washing machine model ' executive elite ' since 10 years.
From few days i am facing machine problem so i had gone to the website of ifb and call for the repairing.
The mechanical engineer came and first and collected cash rs.450 visiting charge & rs.4200 as an annual contract. (Refuse to accept cheque)
Person from' solution services ' named dhanesh shinde came to repaire the machine.
He remove some parts from the machine. And my machine was completely dead. Than after he he tried for 2 hours but did not get the solution.
After that he told me " machine is ok, i have done the repairing.'
But my machine after this is dead.
After that he is claiming for amt, he querel with me, given me dhamki, mis behaved in my office in front of my staff, and the same thing at my home also.
I request you that if you appoint any company for the servising, pls. Appoint right person who knows how to handle the machine properly & how to behave with ladies.
If your company had not done any action against this person than i will complaint to the police station & media regarding the same.
Pls. Sent correct representative to repair the machine first.
