[Resolved] IFB — no response from service centre

I have a senorita dx model and It is not working for the last 20 days Before and i complained to IFB through their call centre and some one called Robin visited and they said the drum has To be changed and charged Rs.4157 and he said the same will be changed with in 15 days but till date no one has turned up and for the last 5 days I have been calling them and the response Is they will come today, am fed up of Calling them, their no. Is [protected] shanthi and rajasekhar [protected].pls help.
