My IFB Elena washing machine which is under AMC started making very high noise and jerking during spinning on 4th Feb and I registered a complaint in the toll free number.( ticket no.[protected]), I was promised that service person will call me on next day between 10hrs and 13hrs and will attend to the problem, But to my dismay even after 3 days till now nobody has attended or not even called me. When I called the toll free number today, I was informed that today being Sunday tomorrow only they can check up with their local service center. That means 4 to 5 days at least the machine in down resulting in total agony. Previously when i was not under AMC i used to get prompt response to the calls. Which means taking an AMC is a disadvantage? Also no services are being done in AMC period. What should I do? Not expected from a reputed firm. i want the problem to be attended immediately and be informed of the reason for the delay in service and also the action taken against those responsible for their fault.
