I own a ifb digital drive 7kg model and it is not working now.
I have raised complaint with your customer care[protected] on nov 21st.
After multiple escalations and calling the service person directly multiple times, i had one visit from the local service person and he claimed that the drum has to be replaced. I had asked him to replace it, but no response from him. After multiple calls, he still claims that the part is not in. I call up customercare and they say the complaint has been escalated and will be addressed the same day.in fact. I get false promises and commitments from the customer care reps on the date this issue will be fixed. It is pathetic to know that i am not able to talk to someone who has the authority to call the shots
Since the day i registered the complaint, i have been throttled between customer care and the local service dealer to understand the status. Very frustrated with this experience with ifb. There was a reason for me to a ifb customer, but now that reason is fading very soon.
I have called up the following service persons multiple times and no response. No body even has the courtesy to pick up calls.

I know the original cost for hte machine included the warranty cost as well. So ifb has taken up my money upfront and provides no service.
This is a pure violation of consumer protection act and falls into cheating fraud.
I am very alarmed at the rate of the denial of service by ifb after eating away the consumer's money in the name of warranty.
