IFB — Non return of my microwave oven after repair

Hello Sir, This is with reference to complaint number 14402951. I had given my IFB microwave oven for repair with Harinidhi Enterprise, Bangalore more than 5 weeks back. I still have not received my oven post repair.I have tried to reach out to them multiple times.but it has been of no help. I have even escalated to your bangalore operations manager Mr Ragul. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service extended by your service department. Can you please look into this asap and do the needful.
