My IFB customer ID is 2945767. I had registered a complaint with the IFB regarding improper functioning of a washing machine which in within the warranty period long ago. The token number was 11910104. After a lapse of nearly two week a technician came and attended the repair works and I had signed in a paper in the evening. A message was received in my phone saying to deliver a message to certain number if I was satisfied with the repair works done to the washing machine which i didn't comply As I was not satisfied. The matter that the complaint was not rectified by the technician was reported to the IFB franchise at Trivandrum over phone. No one turned up and they won't attend the calls from my phone after that. So on 4th December I had again made a complaint to the IFB over the phone number[protected] and the token no. received is 11977627. Now one week has elapsed since then. No one had attended till date[protected]. This is the second similar instance, I am facing from the IFB, just for the purchase of a washing machine. I request that if the complaint can be rectified it should be done at the earliest. No phone calls will rectify the complaint and so avoid unwanted soothing phone calls as far as possible in this case and action is that necessitate.
