[Resolved] IFB — Not getting service even after registering the complaint for IFB Microwave oven

My customer ID is 10763377. I have given complaint for IFB microwave oven I am having on sep 09th 2014 and subsequently a engineer visited our resid.to repair the same, he opened the microwave and left to return back with some part which need to be replaced ( Ticket number[protected] as on date he did not returned back without any further update. Yesterday, I called customer care to check status, to my surprise they confirmed me that service request (ticket number[protected] has been closed with some silly reason and without informing me. They insisted to open a new service request with Ticket 13954662. Now again no body has called me as of now. I am not happy with service provided. Microwave oven is lying opened at my residence in open condition.
