The door hinge of my IFB Washing machine got broken and i have given the complaint on 29 dec 2014, but till today[protected] no one has turned up and My machine is under AMC.
Please let me know for what purpose u have 24 x 7 service?
And why do u tell customers to take AMC for the machine i[censored] dont respond immediately?
When i make calls they say system is down ? their manager's phone is either switched off ?
Let me know why do they give the customers such numbers for contact?
Please do not waste customers time.

Sir, my name is sasikumar my mobile no is [protected].(complaint registered on 6th)So many times I'm informed to customer support they told today I vil send our executive person and also they give me more than five numbers no one response. I think chennai customer support only very worst I'm never expect from ifb. Next week v plan to buy a another ifb for my relation is don't know wat to do.Please take immediate action and rectify the problem.
