We had placed a call with IFB on feb 28, 2015 for uninstallation of the washing machine and re-installation at new premises. A ticket no.[protected] was generated. the technician came on March 05 and un installed the machine and collected the entire charges for uninstallation and reinstallation. when asked to come and fix it on sat March 07 he refused saying he was on HOLI leave. since then its been 6 days no one has visited us to re-install the machine. we have been calling up everyday at IFB customer care and a new ticket no.15076477 has been generated on March 09, 2015.
We had been given the no, of some local IFB Franchise headed by Ms. Nema ([protected]) who has not attended to our concern till date, i have now been made to understand by the customer service executive at IFB that we have to keep calling IFB to find out the status, since they do not have outgoing facility. so we are expected to set reminders every hour to call up IFB to oblige us amidst our busyness and it is pertinent to mention here that when they want to sell their products or gain feedback after their visit, IFB customer care people always have outgoing facility.
I am appalled at such service of a reputed brand co. like IFB. Was this information helpful? |
