We regrets to make a complain regarding your services (Complaint attendance), we made a complain on 8th October 2014 your customer care for a inflate connection to the washing machine, than again made on 9th October 2014 but nobody has attendance the complain yet this time.
Your call centre person 1 madam told it will be done next day again next day 3.00pm contact your call centre person Mr.Faiz told it will be done within 24 hrs of complain whose language was very ruff & behave very badly & given Ph.No. of Mr. Dinesh Panth (Area Manager) when talk to Panthsaab it will be done he promise it will be done next day but trying to solve the problem same day, but it is now 3.00 pm. Nobody has turned up & your Mr.Dinesh Panth was not taking of the phone since morning.
Now Sir it is very shameful incident from renown company like IFB. The responsible area manager Mr. Dinesh Panth, has not any coarsely to solve the problem & now the request you do the needful & also please take care of your irresponsible are manger call centre person who are not atoned serious about the job, more every your call centre people doesn’t have proper knowledge about the service & function (As per your manager view).
