I have four A.C three voltas and only one IFB, voltas ac's are more than three years old and IFB more than one year may be 14 or 15 month only, by the end of the year what I need to do for voltas ac's is service. as soon as your IFB warranty end now they know they can charge you, first remote stopped working, charge for remote is 1800rs, then leakage start, charge for leakage is 600 or something I exaclty don't remember, after that it stops cooling, I called again technician come check the ac and said capacitar (phuk gaya) burnt, charge for capacitor 1600rs, Today on 07/09/2015 it stopped working again, called again they said now support have some problem and I need to call after one, I said why I need to call you after one hour, you should call me after one hour replied no sir I can't. So neither AC is working nor support is working proper.

AS is done by any salaried class person, we opted IFB for its brand image and without bothering technical analysis, as we perceive long lasting of such white goods. Shift from ONIDA to IFB was for this reason only.
To my utter disappointment the dryer segment of this fully automatic Was Machine has stopped working.
When called, the IFB Engineer handed over to me an estimate of Rs. 5000+.
Does company think, customer buys such costly thing for 4-5 years? OR IFB machines are use and throw articles as some un-known companies supply.
