[Resolved] IFB — Very bad service from the service center & very late

I purchased a washing machine from IFB. The service center is very nearby, about 3km far. I contacted them for about 3 days to come to solve an issue. They told have to change one part of the equipment. They have given 4 years service warranty and 10 years warranty for parts. They didnt even come after 2 days and told have to pay an amount for the part. Their service is very bad and the technician is misbehaving. Now they are also telling have pay for service also. Till now I didn't get my washing machine repaired. The service center is FREEZE INDIA ENGINEERS. Please take this complaint into serious issue. They are cheating us. Till now they didnt respond.
