[Resolved] IFB — Very very poor service and poor response from service people.

I'm using ifb washing machine model senorita plus. The same under amc. Have made the complaint on feb 13 2015, they took almost two week to find out the problem itself. They informed that wire kit is the problem and it is out of stock and the same will be arranged in a day or two. Suddenly the service called and informed wire kit not cover amc and charges to paid for the same. I said ok and agreed for payment, even then after several follow up with mr. Prasad of the manager of ambattur service centre he had promised that will rectified in shortly w/o confirming date. Then i spoken to his senior mr. Praveen of ifb vadapalani, he had confirmed that by first week of march problem will be solved, finally understand the wire kit arrived vadapalani office on 9th march 2015 and service man will be attend shortly. But till now (11.03.15) telling excuse to attend the problem. This shows the inefficiency of the service
