[Resolved] IFB — Washing machin is in warranty period but than also compny dnt send technisian to solve problem

I have IFB washing machine in that there is problem of water leakage from bottom. so I have talked in company customer care 10 to 15 times but till they are not sending any person to visit my washer and solve problem. all though every time they have replied that within 24 hrs technician will solve your problem.
