I am deeply regret to say that i have never seen irresponsible customer service from high value branded company in my life.
I have purchased an elena aqua sx 6 kg washing machine last year and lodged complain last week of july 2015 regarding the issue - machine stopped working automatically. After number of phone calls, one mechanic came after 15 days and checked the machine for 5 minutes and advised us that they need a new part.
Since this conversation, no one came yet to resolve the issue. We are calling every day to see if its any update; however no positive reply from the customer service team.
I would request ifb team to resolve this issue on asap basis. What is the point if we buy such a high value brand products where no customer satisfaction and issues were not resolved by team effectively. Was this information helpful? |
