[Resolved] IFB — Washing machine not working for 2 weeks

We've raised Washing machine complaint on 12th July. After multiple chasers Pradeep has visited on 15th and informed that motor has gone bad. We've been speaking with your service center staff Raghavendra[protected] to fix the issue. Our requests and followups have become like speaking with deaf person.

Escalation point Nirmala also not responding
