my washing machine not working for the past 1 1/2 months.no. of complaints made to toll free no. but no response to attend the defect.Nobody attending phones expect the toll free no.very poor response.when ever contacting toll free no new complaint registered and new ticket no giving.what about the previous complaint not known. my ticket nos varies date are given. 2-4-15 [protected] 16-4-15 [protected] 4-5-15 [protected] the nos i heve try to contact by no reply or switch off [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] Finally what is to be done toi repair my mechine.whether I have to aproach consumer court or any other way?
