Dear IFB,
I am using Elena DX model
First complaint - "[protected]"
Technician advised to fit filter worth Rs.3600/-, problem repeated again.
Second complaint - "[protected]"
Technician said there is dust in the circuit, problem repeated again.
Third complaint - "[protected]"
I said this problem is repeating and asked to consider my concern on priority, till now 11.30 a.m no technician has contacted.
Is this the way a customer is to be treated, the technician is not trained he just takes trial and error method.
Unnecessarily I spent Rs.3600/- to fit filter which has no connection with the problem.
Kindly address my complaint with a well trained technician.
