[Resolved] IFB — Worst after service ever

I would like to issue a complaint against IFB India. 1 month back i brought a split 2 ton AC from IFB, nd around 2 weeks back i started having water leakage problem from my indoor unit, so i registered a complaint about that on 29-july-2014, Complaint number : 13454237. But its been 5-august-2014, still no body came to solve the issue. When i call them they just give me lame excuses, and says that Its not in their hand. Kindly have a look on my complaint and resolve it ASAP Regards Deepak Rana
