I bought IKALL K333 4G feature smartphone from amazon 4 months ago. A month ago, its screen broke and now a week ago, out of 2 SIM card slots, none of them are working and so I am not able to use my SIM card. As the product is under 6-month warranty, I need it repaired as soon as possible.
