I bought IKALL K333 4G feature smartphone from amazon 4 months ago. A month ago, its screen broke and now a week ago, out of 2 SIM card slots, none of them are working and so I am not able to use my SIM card. As the product is under 6-month warranty, I need it repaired as soon as possible....

After my phone battery died i charged it for some hours but no display its on i can tell cos i can hear my messages notification sound ring but the issue no display nothing shows...

My Bluetooth IK22 Speaker system (2.1, black) 40 W Bluetooth home theatre . My woofer is burnout so I want to claim my warranty as per the rule . And my home theatre damaged in just 20 days . I buyed it from Amazon . Please help us out.

I ordered a Ikall smart watch from Tatacliq and within a month it stopped working. Then I gave it for service on 14th march, 2022 and I haven’t received till yet. I sent numerous email to ikall support/helpdesk but received only automated email and I tried to call but every time was in queue for 15 min. then call disconnected automatically.
Job no. 0170088 (last 7 digits having job sheet when I have for service)....

Just 2 month I purchased this item but not working properly...

I am chasing for replaces from more then a month but not getting proper response ...
