Hi, My name is Prashant. I’ve started my process with iMaple approx 1 years and 6 months back. I got received the call from Ekta side, who is assisting me that time. And after that Mr. Karan puri is assisting me.
The company offered me about their services, that they‘ll provide me the job in Canada in my domain, but for that you have to deposit the amount of Rs 35000 as a fee.
After depositing 1st instalment which is about 15, 000. They have send me their bond and agreement and told me to do some medical test, which is required according to IMaple. So I did that and sanded the medical reports to their office via speed post or Indian post.
After that I’ve gotten call again from Ekta Sharma and Karan puri side, regarding for second instalment. So after discussion I’ve deposited the final instalment. Till that time to till yet no one is responding to my calls neither texts.
4-5 months back Mr. Karan puri left their job and some one new taken the place of Mr Karan, which is Mr. Amit.
In starting period, he was responding but later on, he also did the same thing, avoiding my calls and texts and mails.
Now it’s been one year and 6 months, that have taken my money and not even offering the service and neither refunding back my money.
Bad service, false statements, fake promises. It’s been more then 1.5 years still no job and even no response, no one is picking up my calls neither texts.
Bad service, I don’t recommend anyone to initiate the process with IMaple. And according to the agreement, which is mentioned it’s a 4-6months process but it’s been more then 1.6years, still pending.
Mr. Amit is not even responding to my texts and calls. So according to the contract if the company not able to give job to the candidate, then the company is liable to refund. I’ve given a whole year and in contract it’s mentioned 6-8 months, still application is pending.
So I request you, kindly please refund back my money as soon as possible.
Please assist me in this.
