Hi, My name is N.V CHIRANJEEVI. I’ve started my process with iMaple approx 4 months back. I got received the call from Nisha Malhotra side, who is assisting me that time. And after that Mr. Amit & Ekta is assisting me.
The company offered me about their services, that they‘ll provide me the job in Canada in my domain, but for that you have to deposit the amount of Rs 35000 as a fee.
After depositing 1st instalment which is about 20, 000. They have send me their bond and agreement, after month i got confirmation letter from amit says that your profile was suit and pay II instalment of 15, 000 & same amount i paid after that medical text they told me
Now it’s been 4 months, that have taken my money and not even offering the service and neither refunding back my money
Mr. Amit is not even responding to my texts and calls. So according to the contract if the company not able to give job to the candidate, then the company is liable to refund. I’ve given a whole year and in contract it’s mentioned 6-8 months, still application is pending Registration No. SB-306
