I have also cheated in same fashion. They signed one card to give gifts in DMart and conntineously calling me to come and collect the gifts. He was telling his name as Santosh. I went to Imperial Cruise Services Pvt ltd. office on 22nd Feb 2020. I have paid Rs.65000 for 3yrs. services. They said to avail offers u have to pay and take services today. I have not taken my credit card. So Mr. Gauli and another office bearer came to my home and swipe my card. They have given me the agreement papers signed by Rohit P. He is hyptonizing and cheating people.
Since then they are not providing services. Once they replied to my email to provide service. But after that no reply and no services. Since then I'm in financial crisis and paying Credit card bills.
I went to police station to file complaint. If anybody contact me I will join and we all will complaint against this fraud company. I also want to cancel this contract and to get the my money refunded.
