My name is Harit Sompura, I am using LPG cylinder (Consumer No.: 01542) which is in my mother-in -law shrimati Sushilaben Indukumar Acharya, my address is 6/61, Avani Appartment, Pragatinagar, Naranpura, Ahmedabad-380013. I am purchasing the LPG Cylinder from agency naming by M/s. Arjun Gas Agency, having address at : 4/157, Nidhi Apartment, Opp. Pragatinagar Bus Stop, Shastrinagar, Naranpura, Ahmedabad-38.
On yesterday i.e. 06/12/2013 at about 10 PM I changed the cylinder at my home, but thereafter within half an hour i.e. at 10:28 PM suddenly there were a voice of gas lickge and immediately too much smell spread in the house. Without any delay I dialed 'emergency complaint about gas lickge - between 8:00 PM and 8:00AM on Mobile number given on bill [protected] at 10:31 PM from my mobile no. [protected] to register the complain and attain immediately before any accident occur, but the person who picked the phone has made an inquiry about my name, address, consumer no., agency name, its address etc. and thereafter he told me that "I am giving another number and you call to that number and register your complain", thereafter he gave me mobile number [protected]. After disconnecting him I immediately dialed [protected] at 10:34 PM, here, the person who picked up the phone had made the same inquiry from me and he also told me the same thing that "I am giving another number and you call to that number and register your complain", listing the same query and the same answer I was shocked and surprised I told to that person that "why all of you are not attaining the complain and one man giving the no. of another and another man giving the no. of some one else and so on, try to solve the complain by understanding your responsibility instead of giving numbers of others" after listing these words from me he disconnected my mobile.
Today i.e 07/12/2013 at 09:06 AM I dialed another no. [protected], on bill it is written that dial this no. for gas lickeg complain - between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, but this no. is out of service. Thereafter, I think why should not I register my complaint about gas lickge to my dealer, so that he can send a man to resolve my gas lickge problem? So I dialed land line number of M/s. Arjun Gas Agency[protected], but here the phone is engaged, I tried after few minutes but again engaged, thereafter again I dialed but its ringing ringing and ringing only. No body was picking after two minutes again I dialed the same no. and this time also ring ring and ring only, no response.
NOW, My complaint to you that cancel the dealer-ship of M/s. Arjun Gas Agency as it was not response the consumers about their complaint, false/wrong information and mobile numbers submitting to the customers on bill and also the employees hired by them are not working as per their duties and responsibilities. TODAY, I AM REQUESTING TO YOU TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE AGENCY M/S. ARJUN GAS AGENCY AND THEIR EMPLOYEES BY TERMINATING THE AGENCY WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF MY THIS COMPLAINT TO YOU. OTHERWISE, I WILL BE SO AGGRIEVE THAT I WILL NOT HESITATE TO FILE COMPLAINT AGAINST YOU AND M/S. ARJUN GAS AGENCY BEFORE CONSUMER FORUM. TREAT MY THIS LETTER AS NOTICE ALSO.
