My consumer No. is 82543 with BP Agencies, Housing Board Bldg., Pandit Colony, Kowdiar, Trivandrum.
I booked for a refill on 11th November, 2013 telephonically and was told that my booking has been registered.
I ALSO GOT A TELEPHONIC SMS CONFIRMATION at 10.04 on 11th Nov. that the booking had bee done and that the booking number was 299981.
When the supply did not come, on 6th Dec. 2013 I went to the agency for taking delivery of a cylinder. To my surprise, BP Agency told me that there was no booking in my account and that they could not issue a refill.
FORTUNATELY, I HAD NOT DELETED THE MESSAGE AND SO I COULD SHOW THE IOC MESSAGE TO THE DEALER AND RELUCTNATLY HE ISSUED A REFILL.
NOW, MY problem is:
HOW WILL I KNOW, THE NEXT TIME I BOOK, WHETHER THE TELEPHONIC MESSAGE (RECORDER VOICE) AND THE SMS HAVE NO SANCTITY AND THAT MY BOOKING MAY NOT HAVE BEEN DONE ?
