Indane — Bribe for a New connection

Hi All, I am Pragalathan. I have requested for a new gas connection in Chennai at Ranie Enterprises in Madipakkam and they informed me that I need to pay 5600 rs for it, including a Gas stove. I informed them for getting a new connection it would not be more than 2000rs but they replied this is a only package they have for a new connection and it is mandatory to pay 5600rs. If you are interested you can pay it, else you can leave. Please take necessary actions against the distributor.
