Indane — date delivery of gas cylinder

I kausalya r sontake consumer of indian gas, my consumer no is 625867. I am in trouble because of late delivery of gas cylinder.I book for refill on dated 12/3/14 and my booking no is 561.But till this date i can not get a gas cylinder. So i request you plz give me a gas cylinder as early as possible.
