Dear sir, I am sorry to inform you that, i was applying & booking single cylinder INDANE GAS for connection nearest distribution service name : Vidyasagar Indane Service, code : 24575, consumer, s Name : NISHITH MAITI, Booking SL 69 on 18/08/2013. Kolaghat, Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, India. I try to say that, i have not getting the said connection as yet where has already been passed 3 months from the date of application on 18/08/2013. In view of the above, i request you please arrange earlier the said new connection in favor of me. Because, my father & mother are very ill from longer so, i am feeling handicapped condition.
