Indane Gas — Gas booked, but the dealer cancelled the order without reason

Dear Sir My consumer no CX2234453, booked the gas on last 10days back against order no. 657141, but I received a masage on 11.11.13, your refill booking order cancelled, I surprised, why this is happening, I not received any call from concern disributer whill making the invoice, even at the time of delivery also. I for your kind infirmation on last 10days back I handed over my celender and amount to my appartment watchmen. He is also confirmed no one is comeing for delivery. Pl confirm the reason for cancellation without any infirmation/intimation and the delivered immediately without delay.
