[Resolved]  Indane Gas — late delivery of LPG cylinders

I herewith producing the complaint launched in the govt. grievences portal. This grievence was closed without any RESULT. The grievence with reference no. etc is given below. Please help

I once again repeat my complaints nos. MPANG/E/2011/00661 DATED 27/9/2011 and MPANG/E/2012/01173 in this portal regarding the late delivery of Indane Domestic Gas Cylinders by the Maliyekkkal Gas Agency, Thalikkulam, Dt. Thrissur, Kerala. I have received so many letters and mails justifying this agency in reply to my complaints. The reasons justified was the strike in the refilling plants. But you may please go through and compare the delivery register of this agency and in any other agencies in this district, to see the discrepancy in delivering the cylinders. All other agencies in Thrissur district are supplying the cylinders within 15-20 days and then why this relaxation is allowed to this agency only. Please look into it and help the common man. All are paying whatever the price govt. fix in different times. Do not console us only with a justifying reply as earlier you did. Then we understand this portal of no use and it is only an eye washing to common man.This will not solve the issue.
