Indane Gas — NOT ALLOTMENT OF NEW CONNECTION

My self Laxmi I have applied for a new gas connection to Akash Gas Service Johripur, Delhi-94 Reference No. N[protected] Dt.27/09/2013 but till date we are not received any call or mail regarding my gas connection. then i raised a complaint no. is 1153803 Dt. 18.12.2013. Customer care executive tell me your complaint revert within 48 hours but no any resolution give my till date i.e. 26.12.2013. So i request you please help me because i face very big problem in my family. again i request you sir please solve my problem as soon as possible.
